They continue to keep food under the heat for way past the recommended time. They leave food underneath the heating lamp for 30, 40 and even 60 plus minutes. Although I always tell them to make fresh food, they continue to sell poor quality food in OUR community. I have reached out to the city and corporate about thus! We shall see
I went after work because I was hungry, and everything was great. The food came out really fast, the worker did everything right, and the food tasted really good. Great service overall!

I had a great experience at the Highland Park Krispy Krunchy Chicken location. The customer service was excellent—the staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided fast service. My order came out hot and fresh, just the way I like it. The wings were crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. The potato wedges were perfectly seasoned with a crispy outside and soft inside. The honey butter biscuit was warm and soft.
