RecommendedWe love the service and products there. We have recently started training for our10 month old puppy and he is dong brilliantly with Angela. We returned to have him groomed there after an unfortunate incident with our previous groomer. Nrllie did a great job. Highly recommend Krisers in Park Ridge.
About 2-3 weeks ago we took our dog to krisers to use their grooming services. We paid a pricey amount for a wash and get nails cut. They didn’t cut the matted hair off from behind our Golden’s ears, and one in her long chest hairs, and missed cutting three nails!!!! We never had a problem paying the amount because we have gone to them for years with multiple pets. But the service this time and the last time was horrible. Recommendedlove this place. was in between groomers and found this place. they offered a special needs grooming appointment for my 15 year old corgi named Chance who has neurologic issues with his hind end. even though it was an early appointment it was worth it! they were so sweet with him and he looked amazing when he was done. it was very stress free for him and loved walking in to see him just comfortably laying on the cool floor in the groom room with the groomer. thanks guys! will definitely be coming back!!!

RecommendedLove the new expansion! The staff is always so friendly and helpful! Love bringing my dog in for grooming because I know they do a great job and are really good with her. Lola always likes going too because she knows a treat is in it for her.
