I have been going to this store since my friend referred me to them, maybe close to a year ago. I have spent a good amount of money here and am so disappointed in the customer service that we have recently received and will not be back due to the assistant managers lack of professionalism and integrity. My dogs arrived at 3:06, waited for someone to come to the front which made it 3:08 and then got checked in and the girl up front had to go back and forth and told us that they would not be able to do the grooming appointment... read more

I recently began puppy training at this location with Angie as the instructor - she is AWESOME!! My dog adores her and her expertise in training my dog has made the entire experience the “BEST” We are looking forward to signing up for the next level class 💙🐶💙 Love The Park Ridge Krisers / so happy to have this location in the area!!! 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

What a horrible, horrible store. We ordered food for our cat that they were out of. They told us it would be ready by Friday, and that they would call us. We paid for it so we could use the coupon. No phone call on Friday but they checked and it was on the special order shelf. They gave it to us and we walked out. A worker came running out after us and we returned to the store. They then said that we hadn’t paid for the food. I showed him the receipt and he said I needed to talk to the manager. That’s when it got really ugly... read more
