Listen, Rishi, when you said 'not much paperwork,' I thought you meant like a sticky note and a handshake 😂 Boy, was I in for a surprise! My mortgage application turned into a paper forest, BUT before you scroll away - this guy is absolutely worth it! What I appreciate most is how he earned my trust through transparency and his easy-going nature. He's like that smart friend who explains things without making you feel silly for asking questions. 100% recommend.
