The actual product is not bad, but not a bargain as well compare the price. What make this deal untolerable is the waiting time. I booked my products last year's August, and they are ready to be picked up at this year's January. Then I need to wait another month for an installer become available. (BTW, the installer completely screwed this simple job. He installed the rods without checking heights and ends up drilling multiple unnecessary holes on the timber.) If you ever want to have blinds partially installed in your home, then wait over 3 years for the job to be completed, whilst attempting to call the Nunawading VIC store, only to get automatically transferred to Perth for some reason, be in contact with almost every regional manager in every Australian state promising to complete said job, make home service appointments and have either no one show up or repairmen arrive unprepared and uninformed of said work (over 4 times), have lengthy phone conversations with the Head of Cu... read more
I would highly recommend Blockout Blinds. Kim has excellent customer service and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Chunhui, our installer, was polite, efficient and clean.
They arranged a time for the quote and we needed to change it and it was no dramas at all finding a time that suited us, as they were happy to work until 8pm!!
