We waited over 3 months from quote to installation for our roller blind, I know its been hard with supply chain issues but that's to long. Then after installation a few days later we found all the screws left on the floor in my child's room he could have injured himself we will not use Kresta again.
We had Kresta roller blinds installed approx 6 months ago. Unfortunately one of the blinds developed a tracking problem so I gave our original sales person, Connor a call. As he was in the area he offered to drop in to have a look. Luckily for us he was able to fix the problem for us. We are so impressed with his customer service and happy, friendly smiling face. I called for a “free measure and quote” as advertised on the website. I had a sales consultant come over and at the end he handed me an iPad and said “read this and sign at the end”. It was pages of terms and conditions, obviously no one reads that so I signed. I later received a call from the l salesman asking when the deposit would be received. I ordered my vertical in 3 orders First order was understandably late approx 7 weeks Second order longer Third order over 2 months WAIT!! I always dealt with Kresta over many many years and never had to wait that long! I thought Kresta was Australian well NOT any more they come from CHINA!! If I had of known this I would never have ordered.
