Terrible service. Just out to sign you up take your deposit and vanish. Sonia was the sales rep that wont take calls. Only interested in taking a deposit and vanishing. When they did come they brought 2 different colours of curtains to put up. The man also broke the track. My 90 year old mother paid them almost $500 as a deposit. Refused to come back and at least to fix the track that they broke. They refused to refund my mother, a vulnerable pensioner. Refused to take calls now we are dealing with Consumer Affairs. Kresta won't replace given parts in an existing Kresta installed setup. Their policy dictates that they need to do a whole new complete install. Even if only the blinds or other parts need to be replace. To put that into perspective if you rip a blind and it's out of warranty they will need to come out and install a whole new setup and charge you for ever part involved. Information given on phone via Regional Manager. Poor customer support. Avoid.
