EDIT: Kreiss Scottsdale location reached out after seeing my review and informed me they had no idea of my situation. I had mistakenly been working with the LA store with my issues. They were so shocked about the fabric and overly gracious with possible remedies! Kreiss is a 5 star company with compassion and ethics to prove their loyalty to the client.
