This was my first time getting physical therapy and the experience was wonderful. I restarted piano lessons a year ago and my right hand was cramping after practicing. Chuck Kreis was upbeat, easy going and always responsive to my concerns. The treatments helped, as did the exercise videos he provided. My hand doesn't cramp now and the dexterity has greatly improved. I have exercises that I will continue to keep my hand limber. My son came here to rehab a dislocated shoulder. We couldn't be happier with Chuck and Robert. Appointments were easy to make, the facility is clean and inviting, and we never felt rushed. Hopefully we don't need more PT, but if we do, we will definitely come back.

It was amazing to see the progress I was making, and I always felt better after my appointment. I actually looked forward to my next treatment!
