This guy here Mr. Peters whatever his name is has got to be one of the rudest disrespectful gentlemen I've ever encountered over the phone. Luckily for him it's not in person. He really likes to yell and talk to you like your a POS over the phone.. and as I read more reviews I see he talks to everyone like that.. what's wrong with you up there in Cleveland? You guys just treat people like they're trash
Scum bags that like to commit insurance fraud and sue people that already have nothing. Absolutely rude and condescending to talk too. Lawyers that are worse than the crooks that they take on as clients.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I was talking to a man on the phone about a case I have dealing with them and he was so rude. Started screaming on the phone and I said “is this how you talk to people?” And he said “yes, yes it is.” And stated for me to “never call them back” and then hung up on me. Didn’t even help me with what I called about. I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody at all, ever.
