KRCS Hull opened its doors in 2005 on Carr Lane and subsequently we moved to our larger store at the Princes Quay Shopping Centre, in order to give you a better Apple experience in Hull! Pop down and see us and you'll get the best 1-2-1 service and advice based on your individual needs. Apple authorised repair services are also offered in store whether or not your device is covered by Apple warranty.

Outstanding service from these folks. Had an issue with a refurbished phone purchased from Apple after the one year warranty expired and they helped with diagnosis and advised on what could be done in terms of a repair funded by Apple. Really was not expecting that there was any comeback given the expired warranty but with their help the phone was repaired free of charge (it would have cost me £500+). I had a fantastic experience fixing my iPhone battery at KRCS. The service was amazing and the staff were very polite and polite professional. My iPhone now feels like brand new
Thieves!! And dishonest staffs I came in just to fix a single arrow key that fell off my laptop. The first time I visited, the guy at the shop told me it was a simple snap-in fix and that no appointment or charge was needed, but that their engineer wasn’t around at the time. I was advised to come back the next week. Before heading back the next week, I called to confirm if the engineer would be available.
