KRCS Hull opened its doors in 2005 on Carr Lane and subsequently we moved to our larger store at the Princes Quay Shopping Centre, in order to give you a better Apple experience in Hull! Pop down and see us and you'll get the best 1-2-1 service and advice based on your individual needs. Apple authorised repair services are also offered in store whether or not your device is covered by Apple warranty.

First class, from the initial email contacts, to the purchase, the migration, and a couple of minor follow-ups. Massively easier and more personal than tripping all the way to Leeds. Definitely recommend KRCS.
Came in today to ask for advice on my iPhone 14 Pro that had been damaged by water. The guy was so defensive. Had a bad attitude, just told me straight off it would be a £680 bill. Without any concern, any questions and sympathy at my trauma. Atrocious attitude he had. No way to treat a loyal Apple customer of 30 years.
The staff in store are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
