KRCS Hull opened its doors in 2005 on Carr Lane and subsequently we moved to our larger store at the Princes Quay Shopping Centre, in order to give you a better Apple experience in Hull! Pop down and see us and you'll get the best 1-2-1 service and advice based on your individual needs. Apple authorised repair services are also offered in store whether or not your device is covered by Apple warranty.

The staff were really friendly. They helped me set up my new iPhone and transfer everything from my android one. Very patient with me and my questions. Thank you for the friendly and professional interactions.
All good except sales invoice misprinted part of the item description. When I brought this to there attention the staff seemed aware that the problem existed.
Friendly and very efficient. Apple sent me here when I reported a problem with my MacBook. These guys got it sorted in under a day. It needed a new screen that they didn’t have on stock ! V impressed. Highly recommended.
Quick and efficient repair done under Warranty. Kept informed and given options for collection after repair complete.
Straight forward purchase and good communication. I found the staff didn’t push or recommend any other product and didn’t seem interested in me as i walked through the store. I love my new phone!
