If I could give the business less than 1 star I would. I was “assisted” by a staff Ruth Padilla, she was very rude and had a disgusting attitude. When I approached one of the attorneys, Marie, about her behavior; Marie brushed it off as her “being a nice person”. Monthly, I make time in my schedule so that I am able to deliver payment at a timely fashion. The least I can get is customer service. The only person there who greeted me with respect and customer service Moira, the new hire.
Garbage collection attorneys. Tried to settle claim for a business on multiple occasions and they made it extremely difficult.
I found Cory rude and condescending, and unprofessional! I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. This firm wouldn't care if you staved to death to get their money. They prey on the elderly!!!! 2/27/25 I'm not a client????? You sat across from me demanding POA papers for my mom (84 yrs old) you firm refused to call me back to litigate (8 phone calls made) and at the court house you once again refused to look at my paperwork that was sent to property mngmt for approval while they were transitioning to a new property mngmt... read more
