The law firm will actually do everything it can to refuse to allow you to pay off a debt, especially if you're an elderly person in one of their HOAs. In my family's case after my mother had a stroke they openly disregarded the power of attorney forms and simply went straight to foreclose. They don't return phone calls, will refuse payment, demand payment in person and have a long list of other garbage tricks they use to steal from the elderly. If I could give the business less than 1 star I would. I was “assisted” by a staff Ruth Padilla, she was very rude and had a disgusting attitude. When I approached one of the attorneys, Marie, about her behavior; Marie brushed it off as her “being a nice person”. Monthly, I make time in my schedule so that I am able to deliver payment at a timely fashion. The least I can get is customer service. The only person there who greeted me with respect and customer service Moira, the new hire.
Garbage collection attorneys. Tried to settle claim for a business on multiple occasions and they made it extremely difficult.
I found Cory rude and condescending, and unprofessional! I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. This firm wouldn't care if you staved to death to get their money.
