They are very snobbish and rude. I would steer clear. Thieves in a suit!
Awful experience selling an heirloom diamond ring. My 3rd store of the day and hoping for a respectable offer given their reputation. I met with Stephen who immediately had a bad vibe, tried to take the diamond out of the room on his own and when denied he just blurted out an extreme lowball offer. Since it was our third appt of the day we mentioned he was nearly half off the avg of the other offers and he scoffed and insinuated we were being untruthful. Honestly just don’t do business here they are not serious people.

We had a great experience with Mr. Kravit. He gave us all the information we need. Unfortunately wasn’t a real diamond! Mr. Kravit surprise us with $50 for traveling from Port St. Lucie to Boca. Thank you so much! Al and Victoria Ferrerio
