Moving Date: January 25, 2026 I am so disappointed with my move. I was quoted 3 hours for my one bedroom apartment. I let them know that it was a walk up with 12 stairs. They called at 11:45 for my 12pm move and said they would be 15 minutes late. I was totally understanding about that. They didn’t arrive until 1:02pm and didn’t bother calling to let me know. The workers did not operate as a team and took an extra 2-3 hours to complete the move. It was almost as if they were going slow just to fill the day. They were short on supplies to protect the carpet but had plenty for protecting the furniture. Shared my feedback with the company but no one replied. Workers were respectful and there was only what you'd expect in damage to my belongings. The move was accomplished.
These guys are great! I used their service for moving and assembly for heavy equipment and they are very professional, efficient and pleasant to work with. I worked with Denis, Turgut and Javadan, and they give great service.
