Great customer service Great place and reasonable prices. Customer service was great. I would recommend this business to friends and family. Location is also great, located right on Del Prado.
Almost painless tax preparation This is a very professional and personable office. As you enter the waiting area, you notice how comfortable it looks. There are bright, clean restrooms. The first thing you do is visit with the receptionist who takes your picture so they get to know you on a personal level as well as professional. The staff is knowledgeable and it has proven to be a fun place to do business. It is easy to schedule with your favorite staff member throughout the year. IRS contacted me claiming I owed them $4, 000. After several attempts to make this right on my part, it went from $4,000, to $3,000, to $1,500, to $600. Then suddenly it went back up again. I am not sure if the IRS knows how to add. For that reason, I had to contact Amy Irawan. After going over my taxes, it came from me owing them, to them owing me $1,400 (roughly). Amy is a godsend when it came to my taxes. I will go to her again if I ever have any issues.
I needed help with taxes, so I turned to Krater & Associates. Amy Irawan was fantastic!!! Not everyone who does taxes know what they're doing. Not only did Amy prove that she knew what she was doing, but she was also friendly and easy to talk to. I'd recommend Amy to anyone who needs help with their taxes.
