Communication not well at all. Spoke to someone august 13th, heard back the 14th asked for a run down of my situation from an intake rep named Heather. Gave that immediately didn’t get any response still 4 days later. Called and asked for a response, still nothing. Taking my claim elsewhere :)

I was injured at work, and originally called a so called huge lawfirm and with them them I had no assistance, no Returned calls, or no guidance at where to turn when feeling lost and confused and hurt. Mike, Hyland and his team are the greatest and there is no words to explain their knowledge, they take every call and help guide me to every step making a bad situation feel better . Great in the beginning, but don't comprehend i was fired from one job for workers comp claim and can't be fired from another job to run to the doctors whenever they wish me to, ppl needed to work around my schedule. Then they try settling the case when I'm still in pain and have no clue what's wrong, and now dropped the case entirely. Wouldn't recommend to anyone
