Quality of work is amazing which is why i gave a 2 star and not 0. Customer service on the other hand is absolutely terrible. I called with my cage still on the truck because it wasnt what I ordered, I was calm about it and he answered the phone and bit my head off and told me to damn bad he anit fixing his mistake and im out of luck. Didn't even offer anything or attempt to make it right with me for hours. Threatened to charge me over contacting him about the issue and everything.
Quality work, fair prices, and customer service cannot be beat. Highly recommend.
Great guy to work with, makes quality cages!
I was going to wait until I got the cage to write the review but I’ll just have to update once I get it. Chad has created a great business and offers customer service that is second to none. I haven’t seen the quality of his cages in person yet but 9/10 people I has talked to about aftermarket cages have said Krash is the only way to go. My cage is still on order, but in the mean time I have ordered Simpson seats from Krash as well, the process was great and I can’t say enough about the company! Amazing communication, fair pricing and extremely high quality roll cages. We’ve been extremely happy with ours. The fit and finish is top notch and it’s good to feel well protected while we’re out ripping through some trails. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a cage.
