Horrible experience. Took over a year to settle and I am over $20,000 into my own pocket for repairs which are not yet complete. Communication has been abhorrent. Received zero proactive communication and slow reactive communication. Took months to get a copy of my file. Took months to get a proper explanation of the pittance I was paid I would never hire them again and would highly recommend if you want a fair settlement with your insurance company go elsewhere.
