I rented a Specialized Roubaix SL8 Expert from Krank Cycles West Maui for one purpose: riding Haleakalā Summit. I booked well in advance from London, sent all of my bike-fit measurements weeks beforehand, and paid over $300 for a premium three-day rental. The bike itself was excellent, and I successfully completed the climb, which is why this is not a one-star review. Wonderful experience from booking to picking up my rental bike. The crew at Krank Cycles is solid. Bike performed great as I climbed Haleakalā! Descent went great as well in the rain! Excellent experience!
