The absolute kindest service you can ask for. I've never used a bike shop before- always had one of my cycling friends do any repairs or adjustments on my bike. I went into Krank Cycles making it clear I knew nothing but needed my new bike to stop squeaking and wanted the brakes tighter. The initial 2-4 day estimate for that to be done (he had a backup of bikes to get done) ended up being only one day! SUPER NICE STAFF!!! They were soo patient with us! We were getting a bike lock and did not know how to work it, and they showed us 4 times! And also very informative on how our new E scooter works, and how to take care of it. Definitely coming back if something happens to our Scooter!!

5 day rental was therapeutic!
Gotta love Krank Cycle! I come to Maui every 2 to 3 years and always look forward to cycling the island. I bought new tires and tubes from Krank cycle shop- airport in Kahului. Next few days I got 3 rear flats! Bennie at the shop check it over and gave me another tire and tube and put it together no charge. It went flat again-#4! At that point I about gave up, but decided to take the wheel in and once again Bennie took care of me put new rim tape and tube on for me it sent me down the road.
