From the moment I walked thru the door, I knew this was the place. My son is the mountain biker. He and my wife had reserved a mountain bike (and bike rack) for two days. Johnny met us with a smile and proceeded to get the rack ready to mount on my rental. The bike was already waiting for us, so my son got a chance to ride around the parking lot before we put it up on the car. He was happy with it and could not wait to get going. Great store, great guy. Super helpful and nice and knowledgeable. He helped my pack my bike to fly it back home and he also gave me some stuff for free on my adventure biking around Maui. 5 star!

Rented a full suspension bike while visiting Maui. Staff was super helpful and honest about trail conditions and ride options. Great experience for someone new to riding Makawao trails. I highly recommend them and will be returning.
