Krank, and in particular Double A, A-Aron, were absolutely amazing from helping us get set up with our MTBs to figuring out which trails were best for us. We left the shop feeling a sense of being at home- my teenage daughter Hailey tagged along with us and was welcomed with open arms, even the shop dog Daisy gave her the time of day which is apparently a big deal for her 😀 Thank you Krank for making us feel at home.
Great shop to rent from. We rented two Specialized Turbo Levo 4’s and a Santa Cruz Vala to ride the Makawao Forest Preserve. The bikes were great, the ride was great, it was all great. The shop gave us a map of the preserve and described each run🤙
Highly recommend Kranks! We received outstanding service from the owner AA. The bikes were exceptional, and the trail was beautiful. Thank you for an incredible experience. We will definitely be back!
