Had a great experience with Kramer Portraits from the time we booked our session to the time we finished in the studio - everyone was very friendly and nice to deal with. With that being said, we went into this “complimentary” session not knowing what to expect, and quite honestly, had I seen one of the reviews about the price beforehand, I would have cancelled the session. I was selected as part of a free pet portrait, and I did not receive the portrait that was advertised. Throughout the whole consultation, the sales associate, Marissa—who I’ll add immediately turned cold after I made it clear I wouldn’t be purchasing beyond the free gift—told me that I would be receiving a piece of art that would be hand crafted by an artist, with brushstrokes to imitate a real oil painting. Incredible time here! I didn't know exactly what to expect but they make you feel comfortable and happy to give them your business. Everything comes out beautifully - their work speaks for itself but the customer service and attitude towards yourself, your pets, your family is what's great. Very awesome experience, Cristina was great with my little one loved the beautiful portrait all around very beautiful place
It was an overall nice experience. The children enjoyed posing and playing during the photoshoot. Everyone was very patient with the 2 toddlers and pre-teen. I wish they were just a bit more affordable. They do a great job with the photos
