I was so impressed with the professionalism of the staff !! The whole experience was top notch from the moment we walked in till we walked out. It was so hard to choose as every single photo captured the expressions of my 2 dogs. There was no pressure to purchase, their photography is exceptional, can't wait to receive the artistic images that we chose. Highly recommend Kramer Portraits !!
Super professional, super nice and def care about the customers pets.
I went with my partner and our senior dog to take photos of us as a family, as well as photos of our pup. I found Kramer Portraits through an Instagram ad and decided to take the chance to see if we could get some good photos of our older dog. I never would have thought it would be such a fun and lovely experience to get portraits done with our anxious, sometimes reactive dog, but Kramer's staff made our experience incredible. Everyone at the studio were very kind and patient with our dog Juno. They worked with her at her pace as she is a nervous rescue. They really made us all feel comfortable and did their best to make Juno shine. Besides that, the studio was very clean and better than we expected. We cannot wait to receive our portrait soon :)
NEVER RECEIVED!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!! I won a giveaway months ago. Was under the impression it was free. Was not, after standing firm on wanting just what the giveaway prize. I still had to pay a little short of $30 which would’ve been nice to still know beforehand and not be told you’re getting a free portrait value at $2000 or $2500 but it’s literally supposed to be slightly larger than a blank piece of paper no frame or nothing.
