Horrible to deal with. Use underhanded tactics. Called them a week before a hearing to let them know I needed to reschedule also emailed them the info. No response they went to court and the judge assumed that I just failed to show for no good reason. Horrible, Rude, Surly, and I would say Ignorant and obtuse people.
