Highly recommend this shop. I contacted the owner, Chris, following an unexpected and uncommon issue I had with my Himiway C5 I purchased a few months prior. Chris went out of his way to remedy the issue and work with the manufacturer to ship me a replacement part needed. I was so happy to get the C5 back on the road in short order. And this was a few months after a great purchasing experience with Chris. Five stars! Also, the C5 is a blast to ride!
