Chris was so helpful and kind, he made this new experience with E bikes feel so easy and their in such amazing condition and the store is pretty close to trail, just have to cross the road and follow along the sidewalk!
Tried supporting my local bike shop, had terrible customer service and was told to go through rad bikes directly for my parts after requesting better customer service, and was hung up on. My friend spent $4000 on 2 bikes there and I’ve spent $300 on parts this year. We won’t be back. Go elsewhere. Update, Rad bikes directly contacted me after letting them know what happened, they said they tried to get the owner to rectify the relationship with me and he was unwilling. This should tell you everything you want to know
Rented 4 e-bikes. Originally tried Monday when they were closed. Still got a reply from Chris, so we connected the next day. Smooth checkin and demo of bike operation. The 4 of us rode the Okanagan Rail Trail from Krafty’s shop to Oyama and back (42km) in our 2 hour rental. Scenery was awesome and the bikes were terrific! Highly recommend Krafty!
