We purchased 2 bikes from Krafty (Chris) and felt our purchase experience was smooth and easy. Chris was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with, shortly afterwards I felt that I purchased the wrong bike for myself and went back to the store and Chris was so easy to deal with, I left with the right bike for me and I wasn’t out of pocket any extra funds, Thank you Krafty Bikes for a fantastic purchasing experience.
Brought my tire in to get it repaired, and the man, who I assume is the owner, had it done super quick. Really friendly man and he gave me a great deal. Amazing business experience, would recommend this shop to others, he is professional and knowledgeable.
these guys did a crappy job adjusting my brakes and sold me poor quality tires. I didn't even make it out of the parking lot and had to go back to have the back tire reinstalled properly. The guy made me feel like I was bothering him or something when all I wanted was for him to take the time to do the job correctly. that is what I paid him to do. Very poor service. Won't ever go back.
Rented an e-bike to use on the Okanagan Rail Trail. Reservation process over email was easy. The bike was ready upon my arrival in the morning. Chris was super welcoming and assisted quickly through a minor hiccup with the rental. Quality of the bike was great and I appreciated the tutorial before taking off as I’m not a pro on e-bikes. I also loved that the bike came with a spacious bag, a lock and a helmet. After test riding e-bikes at 4 other bike shops in and around the Vernon area we came upon Krafty Bikes. While all the bike shops were knowledgeable and friendly Chris at Krafty Bikes stood out above all the rest! No pressure sales pitch- knowledgeable-friendly- great price point-oh and they fix every other bike manufacturer’s products! We are loving our new bikes! Thanks Krafty Bikes!!!
