I refinanced my auto loan through Kraftcor because they offered a competitive rate. After I signed, they came back and said the rate was actually 2% higher due to "underwriting adjustments." No apology, no options... Felt completely bait-and-switched... Would not recommend this credit union to my worst enemy.

The left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. Emails go unanswered, calls aren't returned, and promises are meaningless. There is no internal communication or accountability. An utterly frustrating experience from start to finish.

After a deeply disappointing experience with Kraftcor, I looked to leadership for resolution. The complete lack of accountability from the top was the final straw. If this is the culture under CEO Mallory Miller, where members in distress are met with bureaucracy and broken promises instead of solutions, then this institution has lost its way. A credit union's leadership sets the tone. The tone here is failure. Taking my family's business to a place that actually values its members.

I had the misfortune of dealing with Kraftcor during a difficult financial period in my life. The complete lack of communication and empathy was staggering. Promises were made and broken, and when issues arose, resolving them felt impossible. They prioritize procedures over people. I would never recommend them to anyone seeking a trustworthy financial partner. There are far better local options that actually value their members.
