Just wanted to say I had such a lovely experience here today - I have a ‘mum’ ring that is hugely sentimental but not very expensive- i caught it & bent it & got a little ‘knick’ in the lettering - I popped to see if it could be fixed , the gentleman there smoothed it out and fixed it for me - The nicest thing was he didn’t charge me for it - I received such a kind service - I am very grateful for this today - Highly recommend and I will use again - honestly, I can’t thank you enough
Lovely little Jewellers just down the road from the station. I went in to get my watch battery fixed and it was completed within 5 mins! Quick service and reasonable price (around £10). Highly recommend.
I went to the shop seeking advice. The store was very busy with a number of customers ahead of me. I witnessed every customer being dealt with in a friendly professional manner and given the time they needed to answer any questions they had. When I was served, I was given sound advice with the staff informing me undertaking work for which they could charge me would not improve the condition of the piece. Amazing service. I went in to see if they could put a pendant on a chain for me having been told by another Chelmsford jewellers it would take 2 weeks and cost £25 and they did it in 5 minutes while I waited. I would definitely recommend them.
