I continuously receive cold call text messages from ghost phone numbers from this specific marketing agency. Their messages hold the same format as every other 'marketing agency' with the same prompt, "Do you want 15-20 more clients for xyz business?" Despite replying 'STOP,' per their instructions, I still receive communications from them. They clearly purchase cellphone numbers from 3rd party lists because I am in Indiana, NOT Delaware.
