We have been clients for many years. We’ve trusted we would be treated professionally when having our straight forward taxes filed. This year our bill increased 36%, this increase is outrageous. I contacted the appropriate manager to voice my outrage via email, I heard nothing back, no compromise, no senior rate, nothing. We won’t be back.
