Hired this firm to manage a financial problem I was having. I was called downtown to a meeting. I was kept waiting over an hour past my appointment time and when the accountant I was to meet with finally showed up she did her best to belittle me and tried to make me feel small and insignificant. The situation was bizarre to say the least because the woman was enormously obese, so next to her I was much smaller.
