Kyala has been doing my taxes since 2017. Recently I discovered that my business taxes from 2020 and 2021 were never filed even though she was paid in full, over $1,100.00 for each service. I have been trying to contact her for months with no response. I have emailed every email associated with her and I have called every phone number, but still no response. I am going to have to take further action and report her business to the boards. Please beware!

Guessing they went out of business. Never answered any phone calls. And not located at either address 😠
I went to this location just to file my taxes, the tax pro couldn't sort out how to deal with my W-2s and self-employment papers. I then asked her to give me back all my documents and furiously refused unless I pay for $75.00 ( An instant made up fees). She prepared nothing, she didn't even started working on it, and she reiterated to gain this $75.00. I finally paid it.To my best experience, this is a very wrong location to get your tax income done. They are so unprofessional.
I would use to be afraid of tax season and filing taxes either because I never recieved a big enough refund or I would owe money back to Uncle Sam. Well.... working with this Tax service for the past 2 years I LOVE tax season. Everyone is very knowledge of tax laws I never get the run around, service is superb and professional.
