I was looking around for days trying to find the best place to get my data recovered. And as soon as I called platinum data recovery, I asked them for a flat rate! I asked other places like that and they gave me a flat rate over the phone. After getting my hard drive fixed and all my data was recovered (within 4 business days might I add) I no longer wanted my old hard drive. They explained to me that they were able to destroy it for me and do it in a safe way. I went ahead and had them do away with it and they were so fast at communicating with me via e-mail. I asked them at 11:00am and by 11:20am everything was settled and complete! That’s speedy service and I like that. John A.
