Our dealings with Mr Boris Escobar to be unprofessional, lack of duty of care and total disregard for our case. His lack of due diligence left us in a situation created by not completing the work required by the date dictated in our contract of purchase, thus leaving us with no time to question the contents of the contract or make any queries of the other sides legal people. We have been left to have to now deal with this without legal council due to the limited time frame.
