KPA acquired TK Carsites - so they are as much to blame as TK is directly. Have worked with several automotive dealer website companies over the last 5 years and these guys are the absolute worst. Pathetic SEO on the sites, simple changes take days, if not weeks. Unfriendly corporate feel when you talk to someone there. I would suggest staying away from KPA/TK and go with one of the better automotive website companies out there.
