This place sucks. Their front-end people are NOT friendly to white people (I sat there for probably an hour and a half waiting) and the Punjabs were treated completely different. After my taxes were done, I received a note from CRA that there was a change to my marital status which was completely incorrect. I went back a second time, again was greeted horribly by the front-end girls, again waited over an hour, again noticed that the Punjabs were treated better, finally saw someone who initially told ME to make the correction... read more

The staff is unprofessional and uneducated. They don’t know how to communicate and provide services to their customers.. I called them today because I had to file my taxes I had a question and she replied me back she can’t give me suggestions and I can call CRA, disconnect my call. On top of that I called them again but no reply. I was going there from last 8 years but I would not go there anymore.. this is totally a worst place now for taxes…
Uneducated and Worst place ever I have seen full of illiterate staff.
