Did not feel we were supported when we moved house as K.P. Abbott said ceiling water damage and broken fittings are wear and tear. We ended up spending $40k upon moving into our new house. Very disappointed with the service we got for what we paid. Will never go back or recommend.

They were drawing up a contract between me and my landlord. I called to inform of mistakes on there part which could be easily rectified. The lady who took the call on Mr abbot's behalf clearly had a bad day and took it out on me. Now I have to mention there mistakes to my agent and they will inform you. The process will now just take longer when it could have been resolved if the lady just listened
