Not reliable. I’ve tried calling this company back to make a complaint and they have blocked my number entirely. Not only that. They should not agree to take rides and cancel not giving the individual and the insurance enough time to reschedule a ride and having to reschedule and push out an appointment. If a client who books well in advance and Kozy cancels Kozy should be fined an inconvenience fee and pay for another service to get that individual to their appointment. When they cancel. Needs driving lessons
I love using Kozy Cab. Communication is superb. Safe and reliable. My favorite driver is Chili. Super courteous and friendly! Great conversationalist, my 35 mile ride felt like 5. And the smile is fabulous
My ride hasn't showed up on time all months and today he didn't show up at all no I'm going to be late and be uncomfortable seated for the next 4 hours
