Karmen is amazing at what she does! From the moment I walked into her cute studio I felt at ease. She was professional and so knowledgeable about skin, skincare and determining the best treatment for me. Her East meets West techniques were something I’ve never experienced and it was SO relaxing! 120% recommend Koza! Best facial I’ve ever had and it left me glowing and so soft.
Karmen is so friendly and welcoming, she makes sure you feel comfortable. I'm absolutely in love with my skin progress. I really enjoyed my services.
