Travis is a real person! Down to earth, no BS. There's no judgement for your crime, maybe slight scolding because after all I was guilty of my offense but he didn't hold it against me, he just simply asked what I was looking for and how he could help and he did it! I did not retain Travis in hopes of not receiving a punishment, I was hoping he would be of value in making sure the sentence fit the crime and that's exactly what he did!
