On the surface very professional. In the courtroom they represented both parties. Very expensive. Now need to go back to court to fix what they overlooked.

We worked with Kowalski Family Law in a involuntary termination of parental rights case. Everybody in the office was very professional and responsive. We had several delays during our case because of the pandemic and court system, but we always felt like David was able to convey what we needed to the courts to expedite things as much as he could. We could have went with several other law firms but we have no regrets going with Kowalski’s Family Law. We would work with David’s team again!

Everyone worked great with communication and we would have gotten through everything much quicker if the other parties would have been on top of the things that they needed to do. I can say much on price but I got a major portion sent back to me. I would have gotten more if, like I said, the other parties would have cooperated more quickly.
