My money was transferred from a different firm to theirs. There was a slight fee owed at that time apparently. Over several years they managed to rack up $800 in fees they claimed I owed them without ever telling me that I owed them. They were charging exorbitant fees every 3 months. They said I should have noticed on their statements. They had no empathy and were not willing to discuss it further. Don't deal with these people. They are sleazy.
