Was just trying to inquire about their tax services and the person who answered the phone wouldn't give me her name and said they are only taking clients if they get the name of who was referred by. Very strange. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
I have super complicated taxes because I work all over the country/world, have investments in multiple states, etc. They always get it right and make time for their clients. Been with them almost ten years!
