Kotulak and Company combine expertise, patience, and caring. So glad I found them!
Generally I like this online company, but on occasion I have received shipment in very damaged packages. I'm also received items that had a defect. I'm wondering if I receive items that were rejected by a previous customer or some second-hand items. Before given items as gifts, we check each item carefully!!! There have been enough defects for us to be suspicious of the company's inventory.
