Called ahead to schedule notary services was told will be there til 5 - I drove an hour to meet person for vehicle, pulled up to kotch at 3:53 to find a closed sign on the door. Dont waste your time here! I knew I should have listened to all the negative reviews about this place. Shame!
Quick, easy, and cheap services. He was nice and let me quick run to an atm down the street to pay him.
Friendly and professional
I don’t like to say anything bad about anyone. I hope what I say will help this business. I came to the back door and rang the bell. After a minute a gentleman came to the door and asked me why was I using the handicapped door. Well maybe because I’m handicapped. He then told me I’d have to wait outside because he was busy. Sir this could have been handled so much better. How do you stay in business being so rude? Needless to say I went to another notary who kindly helped me in less than five minutes.
