It is worst bank ever . I opened a bank account and in less than 24 hrs they freezed my account and after so many calls and follow ups still they are not responding and it's been 15 days my account is still frezzed . I will file a complain in banking ombudsman for the same . Please avoid this bank
Kotak Mahindra Bank — Worst Banking Experience Ever! I never expected such horrible service from a reputed bank. I deposited cash in a Kotak ATM, the machine took the money and then showed “Out of Service.” No receipt, no credit to my account — and it's been hours! When I went to the branch for help, the staff was extremely rude, unhelpful, and irresponsible. They acted like it's not their job to assist customers.
