Cyber cell problem not resolved
Very poor experience with this branch. I have been following up for months regarding a refund DD issued by Kotak after my loan transfer from Standard Chartered. Despite multiple visits, nobody gives a clear resolution and staff behavior has also been rude and dismissive. Customers should not have to struggle this much just to get their own refund processed.
Parking issues, Bank staff is not good
