I am writing this to warn others about my experience with Prem Sharma at Kotak Mahindra Bank. While he appears to be very polite and well-behaved, I found this to be a tactic used to gain trust and "con" customers into purchasing Kotak Insurance Policies under false pretenses or misleading information. Very bad service of staff very rude behaviour wrost service
One of staff giving wrong information that your account closed now you can't open again after then I went to kalwar road branch they help me also give website to reopen freeze account it's totally disappointed service from this branch also showing little rude behaviour to customer talking in way of arrogance I don't know what kind of arrogance they have
