I recently visited the branch to enquire about a Personal Loan, as I currently have a genuine requirement for one. When I asked one of the representatives about the Personal Loan facility, I was simply told that Personal Loans were not available. When I asked for the reason, the representative was unable to provide any proper explanation or satisfactory answer. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Banking Experience The branch is staffed by highly untrained and unprofessional personnel. The Manager and Deputy Manager appeared to have very limited knowledge of basic banking procedures and were unable to provide any meaningful assistance. Despite multiple visits and discussions, no resolution was provided regarding my account. Every time I think I've had THE worst experience banking at Kotak, they outdo themselves. Complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers, even after we've been banking with them for several years. Save yourself the time, stress, and anger - choose another bank.
