Extremely unsupportive experience. A Kotak Privy account is meaningless if no representative is available, ever. The BM as well doesn’t do anything.
My account was frozen on 13th June and when I asked the branch people why this happened, they said it happened due to KYC and they were not giving proper reason. After that I visited this branch three-four times and this is such a bad branch and I cannot speak about Kotak Mahindra Bank. I filled the form for account closure even after that my money has not been withdrawn from this account and even on the account which has been closed my money has not been withdrawn yet, this bank is so bad
Very worst service....kotak mahindra's home loan staff..giving very poor and unresolved service
