Very poor & slow service. I am waiting for 1.30 hours to deposit cash but no one is concerned, the branch is not fully staffed, there is shortage of staff, if there is no staff then hire staff, why do you trouble the customer & the staff is not even at their place, everyone is roaming here and there.
Uncooperative staff, there are no customer present, still they are very slow.
Very poor service provided by the bank for opening an account i have wait 1 hr 15 min for opening an account only one person is there very slow work environment
Branch opration manager behaviour is very bed she is not have any manners how to talk customer
