Vary vary good good estaf
Very poor service at Kotak Mahindra Bank, Cyber Green Branch. My account has been under lien/negative marking and debit freeze for almost 2 months, and despite repeated follow-ups, the Branch Manager and Operations Manager have not provided proper resolution or support. Staff behaviour and service are highly disappointing. Senior management needs to intervene urgently.
In the website it says open. But when I reach the bank it was closed. I visit today 1st of may friday 11:30 am..
